Love this!! Very creative post. Great books.
Did you create these log lines for the posters, Laura? They’re awesome. π
Yes I did! It was challenging b/c they are meant to be really short. Great practice though. π
What a fun blogfest!! I like your wanted posters, Laura!
What an awesome idea! I love this. I’ll have to do some Harry Potter ones and post on my blog. Will link back here and to Heather Kelly, of course.
And Laura, love your log lines. You’re right, very difficult, but great practice! π
Can’t wait to see your HP ones!
I saw your tweet about this and immediately bookmarked (so much fun!). Although I don’t think I can top the one you did for Open Minds!! (thank you!)
LOVE! π <3
This is a great idea! I love it. It reminds me of a writing assignment I use for teens where they have to write a ransom note. This would make a good project to go along with it. Thanks for the info!
What a great idea for teachers in a classroom project. My son does have a book report project coming up. Hmm.
Hey, I just bought Open Minds yesterday! It’s going to be my night reading this week. π
Thanks Lydia!! π
Laura, these are AWESOME!!!!! Maybe next time someone will do a wanted poster for your upcoming book???? Hmmmmm…..
Or I’ll do one myself when the time comes to reveal the cover! Fun. π
What a cute idea! I love the posters. Very nice. I’m not talented that way, unfortunately. No graphic design here. π
Lisa, You go to a website and do it for free. All I did was upload the photo of the books and put in what to say. It was super easy! Great way to promote your own books or your friends’ books.
Those look fun!
I saw this on another blog–what an awesome idea! π

So cute!! Great idea!
SO fun! I loved your one for OPEN MINDS. Fit the meme perfectly!
Oooh! Great wanted posters! π
Very cute idea.
This is a super cool idea, so of course I’ll be stealing it for my classroom. Can you say “book report?”
Laura–I apologize, I thought I had left a comment the first time I stopped over. (I have a sick child at home, and my time gets highjacked…) I love your posters, and loved your loglines. If I ever need help crafting one, I know who I’ll ask!!
Thanks for jumping in with two feet. π
Cute posters. Looks like fun!
These are made of awesome, Laura!
These are really fun!
Awesome idea! I’ll officially have to read Open Minds now.
These posters are fantastic. You did a great job on them, Laura!
